About me
Hello All! I'm thrilled you're here to join me on my journey. I started this website as a way to keep track of my thoughts and share them with like-minded individuals. My passion for writing was born out of a love for cycling, which blossomed during my time studying chemistry at the University of Oxford.
After leaving university, I pursued my goal of becoming a secondary school teacher, and I've been teaching chemistry in Dorset since September 2020.
Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to explore the great outdoors on my bike, both near and far. While I've enjoyed traveling to new places, I've also become increasingly mindful of the climate emergency and have made it a priority to seek out adventure closer to home.

I'm grateful for the support of some amazing companies. These partnerships have enabled me to chase my dreams and achieve some incredible feats, like my first ultra win and record-breaking times on the EDT.
Looking ahead to 2023, I'm setting my sights on the HT550, where I hope to improve on my time from last year, as well as the Silk Road Mountain Race, the longest and most remote mass start I've ever attempted. I can hardly wait!
