My philosphy
My coaching is built around the demands of ultra-distance racing. Long days, accumulated fatigue, problem solving when things go wrong, and executing when you are deep into an event. I am still racing at a high level myself, so the training principles I use are not theoretical. They are tested in real blocks, real fatigue, and real competition.
This is not just weekly sessions uploaded to TrainingPeaks. It is a complete performance process built around your physiology, your life, and your key events. We focus on building durability, repeatable power, resilience, and the ability to make good decisions when it matters. Every programme is individual and evolves as you do. The goal is simple. You arrive at your A race prepared, confident, and capable of performing when the race really starts.
